At Aku Woodpanel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home transformation. If our wood panels do not meet your expectations, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return shipping address.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the panels are securely packed in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit; items must be in resalable condition to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned panels, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
